I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. Brandon, the third-generation owner, went above and beyond to get me an excellent deal on a new Scag V-Ride II. The entire sales staff was very appreciative of my military service. They honored Scag's military promotion and even added extra incentives on top of the promotional pricing, which I greatly appreciated. Jonathan personally delivered the mower and took the time to thoroughly walk me through its operation, maintenance, and service requirements. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. The entire team was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality equipment and outstanding customer service!

I sent my running and working husqvarna in for a spring tune up. It came back, not running and leaking gas down my driveway. Fortunately I was able to have someone else look at it. The mechanism to adjust the carburetor was missing and the fuel line was cut. Not sure what had happened the month that they had it as it sat in their yard before I called to get updates on the progress. A very upsetting experience. Widows….. beware!!

We bought a SCAG zero turn. Brandon was awesome in explaining all of our questions. I can not explain how great the service and support are! Best big ticket item I have purchased with low stress. Brandon was bouncing between 5 other customers, and all were happy and relaxed. Milks have earned a customer for life today!!!!!!!! Great family owned business that earns its customers. Update SCAG mower delivered today. Jacob went over all the buttons and levers. What a great guy answered all my questions and I had a bunch. Definitely made me feel comfortable using a zero turn for the first time. Jacob was a real professional and put me and the family at ease. I can't say it enough Milks Power Equipment has a customer for life. Great professionals that are really great and friendly! P.S. we love the Scag!!!!!!!

MPE has great customer service and great communication. I was in contact with them several times about the best times for delivery and they were nice and professional every time. The day of delivery I was told it would be a little later in the morning for delivery because they were getting a fresh delivery of black mulch. The delivery driver, Jacob, was very nice and professional, even was able to drop our deliveries where we wanted them. He dropped the mulch and was back quickly with the next delivery of dirt. Everything was wonderful, thanks so much we will definitely do business with them again!
